Hokkaido Golf Club offers two different types of strategic courses.
Eagle Course is a spacious American type with a beautiful landscape that incorporates a lot of water surface and a sense of stability.
The lion course consists of large and small mounts on the rough, and you can play a hard and tough course that is reminiscent of Scottish Links.
Nidom Classic Golf Court Hokkaido
At 42 degrees north and with a mean temperature of approximately 21°C in summer
The 5 million square meters of hilly terrain at the foot of Mt. Tarumae is thick with Sakhalin spruce, Japanese larch, white oak and other trees, and is also the habitat of Hokkaido squirrel, red fox, sika deer and various other creatures.
Visitors admire Nidom’s natural features, including the scenic forests and crystal clear streams flowing through the course.
The Tokisatamappu and Otarumappu rivers that supply subsoil water to Lake Shikotsu nurture landlocked masu salmon, provide precious watering places for animals and form an indispensable sanctuary for wild birds and aquatic plants.
We want golfers to breathe in the air purified by forests that nurture life as they walk the course.
We want them to stop and listen to the murmuring of streams and birdsong.
We chose the name “Nidom,” which means “abundant forest” in the Ainu language, out of affection for the nature that surrounds the golf course.
Hokkaido Brooks Country Club
The massive ground of 1.65 million square meters has abundant green and gentle natural ups and downs.
The 18 holes were laid out to go with nature as it is, with plenty of ups and downs on fairways, also with very beautiful scenery as well.
Its style is very orthodox, not trying to draw attention, in a sense, the prototype of a golf course.
The course of the Hokkaido Brooks Country Club has an atmosphere similar to those of prestigious golf courses in the United States, both elegant and stately.
Like prestigious golf courses in the United States, the course exploits the advantages of being “hand-made.” High-grade design ideas of Ed Sneed and Taizo Kawata, designers/supervisors of the course, are applied to every hole and corner to create a beautiful but strategic course, arousing golfers’ spirit of challenge.
We are convinced our authentic golf course, providing all the excitement of golf, is close to the original concept of golf.

Grilled chicken and minced-meat cutlet served with grilled fish, pickled vegetables, salad, miso soup and rice.
Originally served to Sumo wrestlers only, this hotpot is served with more ingredients than other nabemono.
Day 2
Pan-fried chicken glazed with teriyaki sauce, and served with salted kelp salad, seared salmon, grilled mackerel, rice, soup and dessert.
