- 1. Confirmation of health condition for hotel guests
- At check-in, we will check whether you are eligible for a waiting request based on your health condition, temperature measurement, and returning from overseas.
- 2. Staff wearing masks
- In consideration of your health and safety, the staff will support you by wearing a mask.
- 3. Wiping and disinfecting
- We regularly wipe and disinfect the inside of guest rooms, shuttle buses, doorknobs, doors, elevator buttons, etc., which are often touched by customers, with alcohol disinfectant.
- 4. Installation of alcohol disinfectant
- Alcohol disinfectants are installed in the lobby and restaurants.
- 5. Ventilation in the hall
- The hotel space used by our customers is equipped with an air-conditioning system that constantly replaces the air inside the hotel with fresh outside air.
