About our approach to the new coronavirus infection

At our hotel, we put the safety and security of our customers first, and take the following measures.

Initiatives in public spaces

1. Confirmation of health condition for hotel guests
At check-in, we will check whether you are eligible for a waiting request based on your health condition, temperature measurement, and returning from overseas.

2. Staff wearing masks
In consideration of your health and safety, the staff will support you by wearing a mask.

3. Wiping and disinfecting
We regularly wipe and disinfect the inside of guest rooms, shuttle buses, doorknobs, doors, elevator buttons, etc., which are often touched by customers, with alcohol disinfectant.

4. Installation of alcohol disinfectant
Alcohol disinfectants are installed in the lobby and restaurants.

5. Ventilation in the hall
The hotel space used by our customers is equipped with an air-conditioning system that constantly replaces the air inside the hotel with fresh outside air.
