As a measure against coronavirus infection, the hotel will thoroughly sterilize all guest rooms and common areas such as the lobby and check-in counter, which are not included in normal room cleaning.

■ About room cleaning

・ Thorough sterilization by wiping with sodium hypochlorite for the following areas that customers often touch directly I will do it.

* Doorknobs, bathrooms, faucets, faucet handles, desks, tables, various remote controls, telephones
and staff will be cleaned with masks and gloves.

・ All the hot water drinks and cups in the guest room will be changed to disposable paper cups.

・ We will install disinfectant deodorant sprays that customers can use in all guest rooms.

・ We will thoroughly ventilate during cleaning.

■ Cleaning common areas

・ We regularly wipe the parts that are often touched by customers, such as elevator buttons and doorknobs, for disinfection using sodium hypochlorite disinfectant.

・ We will thoroughly ventilate regularly, such as opening automatic doors.

■ About restaurants and other common areas

・ Smoking rooms and coin-operated laundry facilities will be set to a maximum number of people that can be used at one time to prevent crowding.

・ Based on social distance, we will arrange the layout so that the seats are separated and the distance between customers is maintained.

・ Customers are required to wear a mask when serving buffet-style meals. (We will give it to customers who do not have it.)

In addition, we will give simple gloves and splits to customers who wish.

Guests coming by car will be directed to the Hyatt Regency Osaka Multistorey Car Park adjacent to the hotel. Please use the Hyatt Regency Osaka Multistorey Car Park from check-in to check-out. Parking fees are on the hotel, which means our guests may use this car park free of charge.

*Previously, guests with vehicles were directed to our affiliate NPC Cosmosquare Parking, but since from March 1st we are no longer affiliated with this parking lot, we kindly ask that guests use the Hyatt Regency Osaka Multistorey Car Park.

Non-Overnight Guests

Guests visiting the hotel for the restaurant, boutique, or conference rooms, please use the Hyatt Regency Osaka Multistorey Car Park according to the following rules. We will issue parking decals of over 1,000 yen for 1 hour and over 2,000 yen for 2 hours. Please be aware that parking fees over 2 hours will be on guests’ own expenses.
