About hotel’s efforts for new coronavirus infection
Initiatives in public spaces
1. Confirmation of health condition for guests. At check-in, we will check whether you are subject to a waiting request based on your health condition, temperature measurement, and returning from overseas.
2. Staff wearing masks. In consideration of your health and safety, the staff will support you by wearing a mask.
3. Wiping and disinfecting. We regularly wipe and disinfect the inside of guest rooms, shuttle buses, doorknobs, doors, elevator buttons, etc., which are often touched by customers, with alcohol disinfectant.
4. Installation of alcohol disinfectant. Alcohol disinfectants are installed in the lobby and restaurants.
5. Ventilation in the hall. The hotel space used by our customers is equipped with an air-conditioning system that constantly replaces the air inside the hotel with fresh outside air.
