About new coronavirus infection prevention measures
At Hotel Nikko Kumamoto, the health and safety of our customers and employees
are our top priority, and they have taken the following hygiene management and measures to avoid three-csence so that our customers can use our services with peace of mind.

Alcohol solution for hand disinfection is installed in various places such as the hotel lobby, restaurants, and banquet halls.

All parts of the hotel where your fingers touch (doorknobs, doors, elevator buttons, escalator handrails, dressing rooms, etc.) are properly wiped and disinfected with sodium hypochlorite.

All staff are wearing masks.
(Masks and gloves will be worn depending on the business content)

A transparent acrylic board is installed at the customer service counter in the hotel to prevent droplet infection.

Ventilation of each facility in the hotel is always maintained by air conditioning equipment that meets the safety standards for air environment measurement based on the Building Hygiene Management Law.

In the hotel, we have set up pictograms in various places where there is a high possibility that customers will be crowded, close, and sealed to call attention.

The elevator can be used by up to 5 people.

The escalator is used with 5 steps apart.

The smoking room can be used by up to 6 people.
