In order to ensure the health and safety of our customers and employees, employees wear masks and treat customers based on recommendations from Nagano Prefecture.
Alcohol disinfectants are installed throughout the building.
Regarding room cleaning, we strive to maintain hygiene by using a different cleaning method than usual.
For foreign guests, we will make a copy of your passport at check-in.
At the Viking restaurant, tongs and servers are replaced in a short cycle.
For customers with symptoms such as low-grade fever and cough, we will guide you to the appropriate medical institution.

Correspondence to our employees

We teach thorough hand washing and gargling.
We encourage all employees to wear masks when commuting.
The front desk staff, food and beverage staff, cooking staff, public space cleaning staff, and staff who mainly work on the guest room floor are engaged in wearing masks.
All employees fill out a physical condition management check sheet at the start of work, and their superiors confirm it.
If you are not feeling well, you can call from home without going to work and instruct your superior to ask for instructions.
