New cleanliness at Oriental Hotel Tokyo Bay to avoid smuggling and prevent infection

Public area

  • ■ Regular ventilation
    Due to ventilation inside the building, some entrance doors are opened regularly except in the case of strong winds.
  • ■ Countermeasures against contact infection
    In addition to the usual cleaning of the building, we are increasing the frequency of disinfection work on parts that customers can touch, such as handrails, doorknobs, and elevator buttons. In the toilet, we have stopped using the hand dryer and installed paper towels.

■ For the time being, we will limit the customer entrances on the 1st and 2nd floors.

■ In order to avoid crowding, we will refuse admission for purposes other than accommodation, restaurants, banquet halls / tenant shops, and wedding meetings.

■ Disinfectants are installed at the entrance, front desk, restaurant entrance, each banquet hall entrance, toilet, etc.
