About our approach to new coronavirus infections

As a countermeasure against infectious diseases caused by the new coronavirus, we place the highest priority on the health and safety of our customers and employees, and take the following measures so that our customers can use our services with peace of mind.

<About the efforts in the hall>

[1] Implementation　
of alcohol disinfection We will add alcohol disinfectant solution to the entrance and front desk of each hotel facility, and ask customers who use the facility to cooperate in hand disinfection.

[2] Reinforcement of regular cleaning　
We carry out alcohol disinfection of parts that customers often touch, such as doorknobs, doors, and buttons in elevators.
In addition, we are working to strengthen hygiene by opening windows and ensuring thorough ventilation during cleaning.

[3] Wearing a mask when serving
customers The customer service staff wears masks so that customers can spend their time　 with peace of mind.

[4] Checking the health status of all guests staying at the hotel　 At check-in, we will fill out a questionnaire regarding health status, measure the temperature, and check the travel history for the last two weeks.
If you have a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher, we will refuse your stay.

[5] Front counter　
We have installed a vinyl sheet to prevent infection.

[6] Large communal bath with natural hot spring “Hohoemi no Yu” Congestion status

<About efforts for employees>

[1] Wearing masks　
All employees are required to wear masks.

[2] Physical condition check at work　
Employees who have a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher or who are not in good physical condition will stop commuting and wait at home.

[3] Expansion of alcohol disinfectant in the back space　
Alcohol disinfectant is added to ensure that hands and fingers are disinfected after entering the office or using the restroom.

[4] Establishing a management system for people who are in poor　
physical condition We have introduced a system for managing behavioral standards and the health status of employees when they are in poor physical condition.

[5] Refrain from going out unnecessarily and attending meetings　
Unnecessary and unurgent business trips of employees are prohibited, overseas travel is prohibited, and attendance at meetings / events where an unspecified number of people gather and meals / meetings at the workplace level We are instructing you to refrain from such things.

[6] Implementation of staggered work
We are working to prevent infection by commuting to work　 while avoiding busy hours.

<Request to customers>

・ We ask for your cooperation in alcohol disinfection when you visit the hotel so that you can use our hotel with peace of mind.

・ We are very sorry for customers who have a fever or who are not in good physical condition, but we kindly ask that you refrain from visiting the museum.

・ If you feel unwell, please do not hesitate to contact the staff near you.
