At MYSTAYS Hotel Group, we are implementing advance preventative measures in response to the spread of the novel coronavirus. The Japanese government has set out various policies in response to concerns about the virus spreading within Japan, and based on these, as well as out of concern for the safety of our customers, it has been determined that we shall, for the foreseeable future, scale back our business operations and/or close our restaurant facilities and cancel/postpone our events.
For this reason, we will be temporarily halting our buffet-style food service and/or changing the manner in which food is provided. We may also have to cancel various events.
