Initiatives throughout the building

• Disinfectants are installed throughout the building.
• Parts and equipment that are often touched are disinfected each time.
• We will keep a certain distance between customers and between customers and employees.
• We may limit the number of people depending on the situation so that the hall is not
  crowded.
• The accommodation shuttle car has a splash prevention shield between the driver’s seat and the back seat.
  Ventilation inside the car and disinfection every time are thorough.
• The building is regularly ventilated.
• A coin tray will be used for cash transfer at the time of payment.

Initiatives in each usage area

Front

• When you enter the museum, we will check your body temperature with a body temperature sensor.
  (Temperature measurement uses non-contact high-speed measuring machine)
• A splash prevention shield is installed on the counter.
  (Check-in will be accepted by sitting on the sofa as before)
• Parts and equipment that are often touched are thoroughly disinfected.
  (Room keys, tables, sofas, stationery, stair railings, vending machine buttons,
  outlets, etc.)
• Newspapers etc. installed in the lobby have been removed.

Guest room

• Cleaning staff wear masks and gloves before cleaning.
• We have installed an air purifier that can remove viruses with ions.
  (Panasonic humidified air purifier F-VXK55 / 100% cannot be removed
  )
• Parts and equipment that are often touched are thoroughly disinfected.
  (Tea set, electric kettle, doorknob, remote control, safe, lighting switch,
  refrigerator, air purifier, dryer, reading light, table, push-in, telephone, toilet,
  faucet area, window, etc.)

Restaurant

• Cooking and serving staff will be available after wearing masks and gloves.
• The tables are separated by a partition.
• The venue is regularly ventilated.

Self-bar “Salon crane”

• The entrance is open for ventilation.
• The layout of the seats has been changed to a horizontal row.
• Light meals have been changed to individual packaging.(Nuts, raisins, cheese, chocolate, grissini)

Shioyu (hot bath)

• A splash prevention shield is installed on the watch stand.
• Parts and equipment that are often touched are thoroughly disinfected.(Counter desk, locker key, hair dryer, faucet area, family bath key,stair railing, rest equipment, etc.)

[For hotel guests]

• At night and early morning, bath towels are
  installed in the dressing room instead of being handed over at the watch stand,
  but we recommend that you bring your own bath towels as much as possible .

[For customers using the hot springs]

• When you enter the museum, we will check your body temperature with a body temperature sensor.

Important notice for using pick up service

In case of using pick up service, please remind that all user must book their pick-up service by 5:00p.m. of 1 day prior to check in.

Kindly, please let us know your departure time and the place, also arrival time on pick up point. (i.e. JR Hamasaki station)
The pick up service can not be available if you inform on check in date.

There can be some delay if pick up timing is duplicated with other guests.
Hope you can understanding. Thank you for your patient in advance.
